Job Overview
Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a skilled HR Administrator (Mining C2) to join its Platinum operations in Marikana.
This role involves providing administrative support within the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient coordination of HR processes, documentation, and reporting in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Medically fit for the role
- Clear security screening record
Advantageous Qualifications
- NQF 5 (Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (Diploma/Advanced Certificate)
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within the HR department
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases
- Prepare and process documentation and reports
- Coordinate appointment schedules and meetings
- Capture and manage data accurately across systems
- Handle internal and external queries
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Compile and distribute monthly reports and statistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across departments
