Job Overview

Tiger Brands is seeking a highly organized and experienced Secretary to support Directors and their teams.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

  • NQF Level 4 (Matric), preferably with a secretarial qualification
  • 3–5 years of secretarial experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Typing speed of at least 75 words per minute
  • Excellent grammar and editing skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and prepare meeting packs
  • Take minutes and handle correspondence
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Handle filing, mail sorting, and call screening
  • Manage office supplies, catering, and facilities
  • Process expense claims and purchase orders
  • Track departmental budgets and expenses
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks
