Role Overview
IDH Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, Social Sustainability, responsible for leading the implementation and evolution of its Living Wage proposition, with a core focus on wage fairness and social sustainability in global supply chains.

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) – 1-year contract (intended to extend to permanent)

Salary Level: €4,598 – €5,748 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance)
This role sits at the intersection of product management, client delivery, data analytics, and social impact strategy. You will ensure that the Living Wage offering remains credible, scalable, commercially viable, and impactful across multiple markets.
A key component of the role is working with the Salary Matrix tool, supporting companies in understanding wage gaps and designing actionable pathways toward living wage compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Living Wage Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Living Wage projects with companies and supply chain partners
- Guide clients through wage gap analysis, intervention design, and remediation planning
- Translate analytical findings into practical business solutions
Business Development & Growth
- Support business development for Living Wage initiatives
- Contribute to strategic partnerships and commercial growth opportunities
- Strengthen IDH Solutions’ market position in social sustainability
Product Ownership – Salary Matrix
- Own methodology, documentation, and logic of the Salary Matrix tool
- Ensure alignment with Living Wage frameworks and industry standards
- Maintain relevance, usability, and credibility of the tool
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Collect insights from users, partners, and projects
- Prioritize improvements and define product roadmap
- Expand Living Wage tools into a broader ecosystem of solutions
Data, Modelling & Analysis
- Conduct wage gap analysis and scenario modelling
- Provide actionable insights using quantitative methods
- Support integration with tools such as PowerBI and data systems
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Act as a strategic advisor to corporate and institutional partners
- Translate complex wage methodologies into clear, practical insights
- Align stakeholders across varying levels of technical maturity
Team & Delivery Support
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for consistent delivery
- Provide guidance and capacity building to junior team members
- Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability of outputs
Product & Financial Ownership
- Own product P&L and support commercial viability
- Manage vendor relationships and development budgets
- Support go-to-market planning and financial validation
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, social impact, labor rights, or supply chain work
- Experience in client-facing, consultative project delivery
- Strong quantitative and analytical background (data modeling, wage gap analysis)
- Experience managing projects or teams in structured environments
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Core Competencies
- Ability to connect field insights with product and strategy development
- Strong communication skills, including simplifying technical content
- Stakeholder management across diverse global audiences
- Structured thinking and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of living wage frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools
- Exposure to digital product development
- Experience in global value chains or social auditing
- Additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or French
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
