Interns will contribute to cutting-edge initiatives in digital transformation, AI, and innovation—supporting global and country-level programmes that shape the future of development.

Key Responsibilities
Interns may support one or more of the following workstreams:
Systems Transformation & Innovation
- Conduct research on innovation and policy approaches
- Support design and testing of system-level solutions
- Contribute to knowledge products and thought leadership
Programme Delivery & Capacity Building
- Assist in implementing digital and AI initiatives
- Develop training materials and toolkits
- Support webinars, workshops, and learning sessions
Data Policy & Governance
- Research data protection and governance frameworks
- Draft policy briefs and analytical summaries
- Track global developments in digital governance
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze datasets and generate insights
- Build dashboards and data visualizations
- Support monitoring and reporting processes
Partnerships & Strategic Communications
- Identify and research potential partners
- Draft proposals, reports, and communication materials
- Support outreach, events, and stakeholder engagement
Process Efficiency & Operations
- Track project deliverables and timelines
- Develop internal tools, SOPs, and dashboards
- Support operational planning and reporting
Product Design & AI Tools
- Assist in designing digital platforms and AI tools
- Support product development and testing
- Collaborate with developers and country teams
Research & Knowledge Management
- Maintain knowledge platforms and databases
- Draft reports, briefs, and summaries
- Curate and disseminate knowledge resources
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Be enrolled in a graduate programme, OR
- Be in the final year of an undergraduate degree, OR
- Have graduated within the past year
Skills & Competencies
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Interest in digital innovation, AI, or development
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (required)
