As an intern, you will support the Front Office and contribute to the preparation and documentation of the Executive Director’s global engagements and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Coordination & Research
- Support the Executive Specialist and Front Office in conducting research
- Compile background materials for high-level external engagements
- Assist in preparing briefings, documents, and background notes
Knowledge & Information Management
- Organize and manage information related to executive engagements
- Summarize key outcomes and results for documentation and reporting
- Support the development and improvement of knowledge management systems
- Prepare guidance materials for internal use
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Assist with coordination tasks within the Executive Director’s Office
- Contribute to improving workflows and information-sharing processes
- Provide general support to ensure smooth functioning of executive operations
Expected Impact

Eligibility Requirements
Education
Candidates must:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programme, or
- Have graduated within the past two years
Relevant fields include:

- Communications
- Management
- Or related disciplines
Work Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Project management
- Executive support
- Communications and writing
- Knowledge or data management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism
- Strong analytical thinking and initiative
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint) is an advantage
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
