As an intern, you will support the Front Office and contribute to the preparation and documentation of the Executive Director’s global engagements and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Coordination & Research

  • Support the Executive Specialist and Front Office in conducting research
  • Compile background materials for high-level external engagements
  • Assist in preparing briefings, documents, and background notes

Knowledge & Information Management

  • Organize and manage information related to executive engagements
  • Summarize key outcomes and results for documentation and reporting
  • Support the development and improvement of knowledge management systems
  • Prepare guidance materials for internal use

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Assist with coordination tasks within the Executive Director’s Office
  • Contribute to improving workflows and information-sharing processes
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth functioning of executive operations

Eligibility Requirements

Education

  • Or related disciplines

Work Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:
    • Project management
    • Executive support
    • Communications and writing
    • Knowledge or data management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong analytical thinking and initiative
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint) is an advantage

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
