Role Overview
The CFO Programme Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Finance, Legal, and I&T teams within the CFO Directorate.

- Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week
- Salary: £42,038 (Full-Time Equivalent)

This position focuses on financial coordination, administrative support, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth workflows and enabling teams to deliver on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers and Accounts Payable teams
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
- Maintain compliance with financial procedures
Financial Coordination
- Set up RAM (Resource Allocation Mechanism) and FIF (Fundraising Investment Fund) payment tranches
- Coordinate emergency payments when required
- Support financial tracking and reporting processes
Year-End Financial Support
- Assist with financial year-end processes
- Ensure correct allocation of financial data across reporting periods
- Support accuracy and compliance in financial records
Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Experience in financial administration (purchase orders, invoices, requisitions)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Desirable Attributes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
