This consultancy supports the Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa Global Award for Women’s Empowerment, a prestigious international award recognizing impactful contributions to women’s empowerment across:

- Individual champions
The award highlights innovative efforts that advance gender equality globally and provides recognition and funding for outstanding initiatives.
The third edition of the award runs through 2026, with winners expected to be announced at a high-level event in December 2026.
Role Overview
The Global Award Website Analyst will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the official Global Award website.

The consultant will ensure that the platform remains updated, user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with UN Women’s branding and communication standards.
This role also focuses on website analytics, digital visibility, and performance optimization to strengthen outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Content Updates
- Oversee the daily management and enhancement of the Global Award website
- Ensure all content is accurate, updated, and user-friendly
- Review and improve website structure, design, and navigation
- Adjust and refine web pages and supporting materials for better usability
Website Performance & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement
- Collect and analyze analytics data
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc performance reports
- Provide insights to improve user experience and engagement
Digital Visibility & Communication Support
- Recommend strategies to improve online visibility of the Global Award
- Support communication and outreach efforts
- Ensure alignment with UN Women branding guidelines
- Strengthen digital engagement across platforms
Technical & Advisory Support
- Provide expertise in website applications and design tools
- Support improvements in layout, graphics, and presentation
- Advise on technical enhancements for better performance
- Assist with additional digital tasks as required
Workplace Arrangement
- Fully remote (home-based consultancy)
- No travel required
Required Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in web design, programming, communications, or related field
OR - Bachelor’s degree with additional years of relevant experience
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in:
- Website management (preferably Sitecore or similar platforms)
- Web applications or digital content management
- Experience in website and graphic design tools is required
- Experience analyzing website or social media performance data is required
- Experience working with UN Women or UN agencies is an advantage
Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
