This full-time, remote role offers the chance to work on impactful nature-based carbon projects worldwide, supporting climate action and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & System Enhancement
- Maintain and improve the global portfolio system, including tools, dashboards, and KPIs
- Manage project-level data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Support the redesign and implementation of new tracking tools and metrics
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
- Assist project teams with planning, milestone tracking, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities, meetings, and workshops for carbon projects
- Facilitate communication between the Global Carbon Markets team, project leads, and stakeholders
Reporting & Proposal Support
- Contribute to donor reporting and proposal development
- Compile project information and assist in narrative development
- Support continuous process improvements to meet evolving donor and program needs
Data & Workflow Optimization
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and maintain high standards of data quality
- Support the implementation of new tools and workflows for project tracking and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Proven experience in report generation, data analysis, and project management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement
- Familiarity with current technology and project management software
Preferred
- Multilingual abilities and cross-cultural experience
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools
- Proven track record of implementing strategic programs
- Ability to create professional presentations for diverse audiences
Compensation & Location
- Salary range for U.S. applicants: $65,000 – $91,000 annually, based on experience and location
- For international candidates, salary will be in local currency and aligned with regional labor markets
- Location flexible within countries where TNC has established entities, with remote work options
