The European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) is an international, non-profit and independent association of benchmarked Living Labs. With a network of over 480 members across Europe and globally, ENoLL promotes the Living Labs concept to influence EU policies, strengthen innovation ecosystems, and support implementation worldwide.

ENoLL facilitates collaboration through knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, and project partnerships, playing a key role in advancing innovation-driven solutions.

ENoLL also coordinates the SOILL Framework Partnership Agreement under Horizon Europe, contributing to the EU Mission “A Soil Deal for Europe.” This initiative supports Living Labs and Lighthouses focused on soil health through capacity building, networking, and engagement.

Your Team

You will join the SOILL project coordination team, working in a dynamic international environment alongside multiple consortium partners and engaging with EU-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the coordination and implementation of SOILL activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.

Project Coordination & Implementation

  • Support planning and execution of project activities across multiple work packages (WPs)
  • Assist in coordinating activities to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Track project progress and support timely delivery of milestones

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the coordination team
  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project information

Reporting & Documentation

  • Contribute to preparation of deliverables, reports, and internal documentation
  • Support cost statement preparation and compliance requirements
  • Assist with data collection, consolidation, and preliminary analysis

Communication & Dissemination

  • Support communication activities including content preparation and updates
  • Assist in developing dissemination materials

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management (including traineeships), preferably within Horizon Europe projects
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured content
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team

Highly Desirable Assets

  • Experience organising events (workshops, meetings, conferences)
  • Experience in data collection, management, or reporting
  • Familiarity with intellectual property (IP) aspects in projects
  • Experience working in international, multi-partner environments
  • Interest in EU policy areas such as environment, soil, or innovation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
