Role Overview

Amazon Luna is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Business Development and Director of Game Studios. This role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and multitasking abilities, acting as a trusted partner and extension of leadership.

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA
Salary: $23.00 – $34.00 per hour (plus sign-on bonus & RSUs)

You will manage high-volume tasks, coordinate complex schedules, and ensure seamless operations across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Manage complex executive calendars with forward planning
  • Coordinate meetings across global time zones

Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Ensure seamless logistics for meetings, including video conferencing

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and issue tracking
  • Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion

Team & Event Coordination

  • Organize team meetings, all-hands sessions, off-sites, and social events
  • Oversee catering and office supply orders

Project & Process Management

  • Track deliverables, meeting notes, and action items
  • Follow up on unresolved tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Identify and implement process improvements and new tools

Workspace & Team Support

  • Manage team space, including office moves and reconfigurations

About the Team

Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service designed to make gaming accessible across devices such as Fire TV, smartphones, tablets, web browsers, and smart TVs from brands like LG and Samsung.

With a growing library of games—including multiplayer experiences like GameNight—Luna enables users to play instantly without additional hardware, making gaming more inclusive and accessible.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications
  • Proven experience managing executive-level calendars
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
  • Experience coordinating domestic and/or international travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives
  • End-to-end project management experience

Compensation & Benefits
