Role Overview
The Technical Support Associate I plays a critical role in monitoring call center technologies and providing real-time technical support. This position ensures seamless outbound tele-recruitment operations by resolving system issues, maintaining communication across teams, and supporting volunteers. The role also ensures compliance with all applicable operational procedures and regulations.

Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in the USA – Statewide NC & AZ)

Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting from $47,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Support
- Monitor and maintain call center technology systems to ensure optimal performance
- Serve as the primary closer for Telephony systems, ensuring proper end-of-day shutdown
- Provide real-time technical and scheduling support to both inbound and outbound contact center operations
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with team members across multiple time zones in a fully remote setup
- Keep relevant teams informed of system issues and resolutions to enhance service delivery
Workflow Management
- Manage multiple systems, queues, and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Operate independently during closing shifts, exercising sound judgment and escalating issues when necessary
Volunteer Support & Compliance
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers
- Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures and relevant regulations
Work Schedule
- Sunday: 12:45 PM – 9:15 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 1:15 PM – 10:15 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a call center environment, including inbound and outbound operations
- Hands-on experience with telephony or contact center platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Five9, or NICE CXone (or similar systems)
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and scheduling software
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
