About the Role
Brightest is seeking an EMEA Associate Account Executive to support sales, partnerships, and business development across the region.

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 + 0.1% Equity
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 1–2 Years
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in sales, ESG, and sustainability, while working closely with leadership and product teams.
You will play a key role in driving growth by building relationships, generating leads, and supporting deal execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients and partnership opportunities
- Support outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Assist in closing deals and building long-term partnerships
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs
- Support ongoing engagement and customer success initiatives
Strategy & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO and product team to improve product-market fit
- Provide insights from customer interactions to inform product development
- Contribute to building strategic industry relationships and coalitions
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and social impact
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills
- Fluency in English (additional European languages highly preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Background in cold calling, sales training, or partnerships
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, French, Swedish, Danish, Swiss German)
Work Environment
- Fully remote role across the EMEA region
- Collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET
