The Staff Mobile Engineer (React Native) will lead the architecture, performance, and development of complex mobile applications.

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year + Equity
Remote: Fully Remote
This is a senior-level role focused on building high-performance, real-time mobile experiences across iOS and Android, while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Own and define mobile application architecture at scale
- Drive technical direction and ensure performance and scalability
Mobile Development
- Build advanced features using React Native (TypeScript)
- Develop real-time, data-driven mobile interfaces
Performance Optimization
- Optimize rendering, animations, and responsiveness
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in production
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Contribute to reusable components and scalable front-end systems
Mentorship
- Mentor engineers and elevate development standards
- Promote best practices in mobile engineering
Tech Stack & Environment
- React Native (TypeScript)
- Modern state management tools
- Real-time data (WebSockets)
- Gesture-based animations (Reanimated, Gesture Handler)
- Cross-platform development (iOS & Android)
