Role Overview

As the Partnerships & Philanthropy Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s fundraising and partnership efforts. Working closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager, you will help identify funding opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to building meaningful relationships with donors and partners.

  • Job Title: Partnerships & Philanthropy Specialist (Part-time)
  • Location: Remote (EMEA – ±4 hours CET)
  • Closing Date: 12 May 2026
  • Contract Type: Part-time (60–70%), Fixed-term until December 2027
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating ideas into compelling narratives while ensuring consistency and follow-through across the fundraising pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation

  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities aligned with organisational priorities
  • Support the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes, and donor communications
  • Contribute to the design of fundraising strategies and materials

Partnership Development

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with partners and donors
  • Support stewardship activities to strengthen long-term collaborations

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Track and manage multiple funding opportunities simultaneously
  • Ensure consistency, structure, and follow-through across fundraising processes
  • Maintain organised workflows and documentation

Strategic Contribution

  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Align day-to-day work with broader organisational goals and impact

Candidate Profile

Is This You?

  • Comfortable working in evolving and adaptive environments
  • Experienced in fundraising, partnerships, or resource mobilisation
  • Strong writing skills with experience developing proposals and donor materials
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and workflows independently

  • Skilled at building trust and working across cultures and geographies
