Build Products That Drive Nature Recovery
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation to feature release—owning the development of multiple products that support both customers and internal scientific teams.

This role blends product strategy, data analysis, and user experience design, requiring you to translate complex environmental and business needs into scalable, impactful solutions.
You will work on a diverse product suite, including biodiversity data platforms and mobile applications for field data collection, with the opportunity to grow into a Head of Product role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements
- Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable product features
- Shape long-term product strategy through customer insights and market analysis
Data & Insights
- Work closely with data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions
- Support the development of data-driven environmental intelligence tools
UX/UI Collaboration
- Partner with design teams to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences
- Ensure products meet both user needs and business objectives
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams
- Align stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs
- Remove blockers and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
Commercialisation & Growth
- Work with commercial teams to successfully launch and position products
- Ensure product offerings align with customer needs and revenue goals
Product Function Development
- Contribute to building and scaling Renew’s product culture and processes
- Help define best practices for product development in a growing startup
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., engineering, computer science, mathematics, ecology, biology)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of growth and progression within previous roles
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with climate, sustainability, or nature-related products
- Familiarity with data-heavy or geospatial platforms
- Background in ecology, environmental science, or related disciplines
