This entry-level Researcher role is ideal for recent graduates looking to apply their academic knowledge to real-world environmental challenges.
- Job Title: Researcher
- Location: Spain (Remote or Madrid office)
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Salary: €20,000 – €25,000 per year
- Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Spain, under 30, with a completed university degree

You will act as a bridge between scientific research and digital product development, helping translate complex environmental data into actionable insights that inform tools used by global organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on sustainability frameworks, environmental policies, and scientific literature
- Source, analyse, and synthesise complex environmental data and reports
- Support evidence-based insights for digital tools and client projects
Communication & Insight Translation
- Translate technical findings into clear, accessible content for non-expert audiences
- Support storytelling through data to drive real-world impact
- Participate in discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders
Product & Impact Contribution
- Collaborate with teams to integrate research into digital platforms
- Contribute to tools addressing biodiversity, climate change, and sustainability challenges
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- Recent degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
