About the Role

Oxfam International is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Advocacy & Campaigns Team.

Organization: Oxfam International
Job Location: Global South preferred; Any location where Oxfam has an office and can establish a contract of employment
Contract: Temporary
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: International (Location dependent on Oxfam offices)

This is a temporary full-time opportunity for a highly organized professional who can provide operational leadership, strengthen team coordination, and ensure the smooth delivery of strategic advocacy and campaign activities.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, improve workflow management, and support one of Oxfam’s highest-profile annual global campaigns linked to the World Economic Forum meeting.
