Internship Overview
LeFil Consulting is looking for a Communications Intern to join its team from November 2026 for a period of 4–6 months, working at approximately 50–70% of their time.

The intern will take responsibility for managing LeFil’s communications efforts and disseminating knowledge products, stories, and case studies.
The role will provide exposure to a range of social innovation topics, including innovative approaches to delivering healthcare to underserved communities, gender as a performance lever, social entrepreneurship, and other solutions designed to create positive social impact.
You will play an important role in helping these ideas and innovations reach wider audiences and gain greater recognition and support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Communications Intern, you will contribute to and manage communications activities including:
- Managing LeFil Consulting’s communications efforts.
- Disseminating knowledge products and research findings.
- Sharing stories about social entrepreneurs and innovative solutions.
- Developing and communicating case studies.
- Writing articles and blog posts.
- Sharing news and updates through appropriate communication channels.
- Creating and editing written content.
- Creating and editing visual content.
- Creating and editing video content.
- Managing social media communications.
- Supporting the use of mass communication channels.
- Developing engaging stories that communicate complex social innovation topics to wider audiences.
- Supporting the promotion of solutions that contribute to social impact and inclusion.
What You Bring
LeFil is looking for a candidate who combines strong communication skills with an interest in social innovation and positive social impact.
Language Skills
Candidates must be:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Particularly strong in written English and Spanish.
Communications and Creative Skills
You should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Communications
- Graphic design
- Journalism
- Storytelling
- Article and blog writing
- News dissemination
- Written content creation
- Visual content creation
- Video content creation
- Social media
Digital Marketing and Design Skills
Candidates should also:
- Be proficient in using paid advertising on social media platforms.
- Have experience with relevant graphic design software.
- Be comfortable using tools such as Canva.

Location and Remote Work
Most LeFil team members are based in Zurich, Switzerland.
However, remote applications are welcome provided the candidate’s location is within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET).
LeFil does not sponsor temporary work permits or relocation for this internship.
