- A valid South African identity document (SA Citizen).
- Must have completed Matric with Mathematics and Science.
- Learners must have completed N2 qualification in the relevant field.
- Must be fit for duty.

- Individuals from the Bronkhorstspruit area.
- People with disabilities and females.
