Overview

Are you passionate about helping customers design and implement secure solutions on Azure and M365? Join our team of trusted advisors for cloud computing and security customers as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Security.

In this role, you will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, design secure cloud solutions, and provide technical guidance and best practices. You will own the security-focused technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft, including architecture, implementation, and operational health.

Responsibilities

• Value Proposition: Deliver an end-to-end value proposition for Security, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Customer Support: Guide customers through the adoption lifecycle, from planning to deployment and optimization.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demos, proposing high-level solutions while driving customer adoption of Microsoft security products.
• Architecture Sessions: Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans that align with customer business goals.
• Collaboration: Work with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Security platform.

Qualifications

Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related fields.
• Skills: Experience in consultative/complex technical security sales and deployment projects.

Preferred

• Experience: 8+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies or a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Customer-Facing Role: 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Cloud Security, Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management, and relevant certifications.
