Are you a skilled Project Manager ready to lead high-impact projects? Join the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and take charge of managing key projects within the Currency Project Management Office. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead, plan, organize, and control resources to deliver projects on time and within budget using SARB-approved methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and work structure with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.
• Ensure timely delivery and approval of all project documentation.
• Manage project risks, constraints, and changes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve deliverables within schedule and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (NQF 7).
• 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge.
• Banking experience (advantageous).

Skills:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written).
• In-depth understanding of industry, governance, and compliance.
• Ability to drive quality assurance and continual improvement.
