As a Project Manager, you’ll lead, plan, organize, and control resources to deliver projects on time and within budget using SARB-approved methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and work structure with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.
- Ensure timely delivery and approval of all project documentation.
- Manage project risks, constraints, and changes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve deliverables within schedule and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (NQF 7).
- 2-5 years of project management experience.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge.
- Banking experience (advantageous).
Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- In-depth understanding of industry, governance, and compliance.
- Ability to drive quality assurance and continual improvement.
