Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to pick, sort, and pack parts/components, identify defective parts, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to company rules and regulations
2. Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices
3. Follow Standard Operating Procedures
4. Report defects, queries, and issues to Team Leader or Supervisor
5. Complete checklists accurately and on time
6. Perform e-kanban counter counts and master data checks
7. Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

1. Grade 12/Matric (English and Mathematics/Math Literacy)
2. 2-3 years of experience
3. Good communication and mathematical skills
4. Ability to work with people and deliver results under pressure
5. Personal responsibility for career development and ability to initiate action
