Job Description
Novus Print, known for its commitment to manufacturing excellence and innovative solutions, is seeking a diligent Human Resources Intern to join their HR Department.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a qualification that requires in-service training/work exposure over a 12-month period. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and report directly to the Group Executive: HR.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process: Assist with screening applications, selection, assessment, and placement of candidates.
- Onboarding Process: Support the orientation and induction of new employees.
- HR Reporting: Compile and maintain related HR reports.
- HR Transactions: Manage contracts, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards in HR processes.
- Labour Relations: Participate in general labour relations processes, procedures, and take minutes for meetings.
- Training and Development: Contribute to training and developmental initiatives within the organization.
Educational Requirements
- A 3-year degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources.
- Graduate or final-year student.
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
