Job Purpose
The Packaging Learnership is designed to offer participants the chance to enroll in a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF 3).
Selected learners will enter into a one-year fixed-term contract that combines both practical on-the-job experience and off-the-job theoretical learning, leading to a recognized national qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Structured Learning Program: Engage in an integrated learnership that includes both theoretical and practical components.
- Qualification Attainment: Complete a national qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) based on the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) unit standards.
- Competency Demonstration: Show competence in the workplace through various assessment methods aligned with established performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate with Mathematics and English.
- Technical courses (N3, N4, N5, or N6) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
