Located in the Alfred Nzo District of the Eastern Cape Province, the Umzimvubu Local Municipality covers an area of 2506 square kilometres.

EPWP: FOOD FOR WASTE BENEFICIARIES (X100 POSTS) 24 MONTHS FIXED TERM
CONTRACT STIPEND: FOOD PARCELS AMOUNTING TO R 1 506.00 PER MONTH
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Certified ID Copy, Proof of residence from Ward Councillor, application letter and be a citizen of Umzimvubu.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS: Waste collection, waste sorting, waste transportation and perform other duties as instructed by Foreman.
EPWP: GENERAL HORTICULTURAL MAINTENANCE BENEFICIARIES (X47 POSTS) – 24 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT STIPEND: R 2 761.00 PER MONTH
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Certified ID copy, Proof of residence from Ward Councillor, application letter and be a citizen of Umzimvubu, one-year experience in refuse collection and removal will be an additional advantage.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS: Waste collection, waste sorting, waste transportation, grass utting, tree plenn:g and other duties as instructed by Foreman.
EPWP: STREET CLEANING & TOWN BEAUTIFICATION BENEFICIARIES (X50 POSTS) 24 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT STIPEND: R2 761.00 PER MONTH
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Certified ID copy, Proof of residence from Ward Councillor, application letter and be a citizen of Umzimvubu, one-year experience in refuse collection and removal will be an additional advantage.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS: Waste collection, waste sorting, waste transportation and perform other dufes as instructed by Foreman.
