Admissions Administrator

SACAP is looking for an Admissions Administrator for the Johannesburg Campus. The Admissions Administrator is responsible for the administration, documents and tracking of all new students at SACAP. This position is a supportive position for the Admissions Manager and duties stipulated by him/her.

Operating Hours:

This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*: Monday to Thursday: 08:30am to 17:00pm; Friday: 08:30am to 16:00pm. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a need to work flexible hours to the extent to which it is reasonably necessary to perform the duties of this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a completed Matric Certificate
  • Diploma level or above in related field
  • Experience in the field of marketing/ sales/ administration

Skills:

School Liaison

SACAP is looking for a School Liaison for the Cape Town Campus. The School Liaison is responsible for the promote and raising awareness of SACAP to identified schools and corporate institutions across the Western Cape province.

Student Wellness Advisor

  • Johannesburg Johannesburg, Gauteng

SACAP is looking to employ a Student Wellness Advisor for the Johannesburg campus. This role will provide a full range of psychosocial support and development services to ensure students achieve optimal mental and emotional health.

The role will serve as a trusted resource for students in need of support and guidance, providing counselling, resources, and referrals as needed. It will also work collaboratively with other members of the institution, including faculty, staff, and administrators, to promote a healthy campus environment and help students thrive both academically and personally.

This role strongly liaises with the Student Administration team and academic team and reports directly to the Student Wellness Manager.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

  • A minimum of a degree qualification in the discipline of Counselling, Psychology or Coaching
  • Registered Counsellor with HPCSA
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, including online systems
  • 2 years of full-time experience, preferably within the field of Higher Education.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about SACAP and its offerings
  • Highly developed relationship building / interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

SACAP is looking for an Admissions Officer for the ONL (Online) Campus based at Head Office in Claremont; who is responsible for selling SACAP programmes, growing SACAP new student numbers, finding new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline for future deals, and responding to new and current client base regarding complaints and services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum education in Matric/Grade 12 certificate
