Momentum Distribution Services is recruiting for the Graduate Programme 2024. No prior industry experience is required.

Metropolita Ooffices are based in Belville – you are required to reside in the Cape Town and surrounding areas.

• Engage and build meaningful partnerships with independent financial advisers (IFAs)
• Use innovative engagement techniques using product, market and sales intelligence will set them apart from their counterparts.

Programme Overview

Are you keen to be an indispensable member of a team that ensures an excellent service experience through partnership? Then Momentum Distribution Services are keen to have you on the MDS team to lay the foundation for sales creation.

This 12-month Graduate programme will expose graduates to the day-to-day functioning within the area of responsibility.

You will be allocated a panel of Independent Financial Advisers for which you will be responsible to market Risk, Savings, Health and Employee benefit products.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Requirements you need to meet to be considered for the graduate programme:
• A minimum of a BCom degree in the following fields: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance and Legal
• No prior industry experiences

Duties and Responsibilities

Graduates can expect to learn skills that will enable them to:

• Engage and build meaningful partnerships with independent financial advisers (IFAs)
• Use innovative engagement techniques using product, market and sales intelligence will set them apart from their counterparts.

You will be required to:

• Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
• Contribute to a culture that guides and directs best practice, fostering an environment of continuous learning improvement and cohesiveness.
• Identify own growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth.
