About Vuselela TVET College

Vuselela TVET College is a diverse community with the freedom and courage to challenge, to question and to think differently.

Vuselela TVET College is one of the three TVET Colleges in the North West Province, formed in 2002 as a result of a merger process. It consists of five campuses, namely Jouberton, Klerksdorp, Matlosana, Potchefstroom and Taung.

The College has a Corporate Centre in the CBD of Klerksdorp. The location of the Corporate Centre in Klerksdorp has proved to be a strategic location in close proximity to the majority of campuses, except for Taung.

  • Three (03) years’ experience in a general office administration or Human Resources and Administration, Financial Management, Student Registrations and Enrolments, Assets and Inventory Management, Management and Administration of Examinations and Assessments, Fleet and Supply Chain Management.

  • Draw up campus enrolment plan for both NCV and report 191.
  • Gather departmental information and compile reports for campus management.

  • Coordinate submission of leave forms to the central office.
  • Coordinate submission of IQMS and PMDS documents to the central office.

 TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience in the use of personal computer hardware and software with specific knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database applications: knowledge of Windows operating system, and integrated financial system, knowledge of microcomputer hardware repair.
