Qualifications
IT Store Helpdesk Internship. To apply you must be in possession of a Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields:
- Diploma Information Technology
- Higher Certificate Information Technology in User Support Services
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- NQF level 4 IT technical support
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must be:
- South African citizen
- Ages 18 – 33
- Basic Computer Literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
- Be able to work independently
- Have a willingness to learn
- Self motivated
