Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in the last 6 months in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field. 
  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling. 

  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. 
  • You must be legally authorised to work in South Africa to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).

Key Responsibilities

Readiness Development

  • Serves as subject matter expert in specific area (e.g., performance, connectivity) and displays readiness at a local scale. Maintains technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness training.

Case Management (Delivery Excellence)

  • Drives case wellness through monitoring of idle cases or cases that need more attention, ensuring no increases in cases at a specific time.
  • Collaborates with escalation engineers, subject matter experts, and/or Delivery Partners (DPs) to orchestrate backlog management, seeking assistance when needed. 

Managing Collaboration Activities

  • Responsible to answer and assist with questions posed by account teams. 
  • Collaborate with others to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Participates in building communities with peer delivery roles (e.g., Support Escalation Engineering, Escalation Engineering, etc.)

Process Improvement

  • Identifies technical deficiencies in services or processes to help improve the quality of the services.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, and sometimes external teams, for product and process feedback
  • Partners with manager and Supply Delivery Manager for continuous improvement planning. 
  • Serves as an early warning system and notifies appropriate impacted audiences regarding flaws in processes.
  • Evangelizes processes and process improvements
