The mine’s Modder East Operation is a gold mine situated in Springs in the East Rand, approximately 30kms east of Johannesburg, in the Gauteng Province.

Gold One are currently seeking a candidate to employ in the following vacancies:
Driver x2
DRIVER X2 (GRADING B4)
(GRADING B4)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Code 10 license with PDP (not negotiable).
- 1-3 years’ experience in a trackless mining environment is essential and required.
- Must have Dover Test Results in A or B or will be submitted for Dover Testing.
- Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages.
- Applicant must possess good verbal communication skills.
- South African Citizenship.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Must be declared medically fit by our OHP

Winch Repair Person Aide
AIDE: WINCH REPAIR PERSON X1 (GRADING B5)
(GRADING B5)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages
- Independent judgment, initiative and interpersonal communication skills are required
- 2-3 years’ experience as an underground winch repairperson
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of winch lock out procedures, policies and practices
- Must be a legal South African citizen
- Clear Criminal Record
