About the Graduate Programme
We offer a 12-month programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation.
You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study.
During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) or Distribution Centres (Gauteng, Western Cape, or KwaZulu-Natal) and be exposed to the world of retail.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, you’ll also gain business, personal, and technical retail skills you can use across the business and throughout your career journey.
Requirements
- Completed a minimum of a 3 Year National Diploma qualification
- Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Horticulture, HR Management, Retail Business Management
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘24 – July ‘25)
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be currently on a SETA funded program
- Available and willing to work retail hours and on a fixed-term 12-month contract
