Administrative Assistant
Purpose of the Job
To provide admin support and execute such that the correct bulk fuel products are executed at the depots and scheduled for delivery to the customer by means of Order generation and fulfilment routing and scheduling, despatching and admin at the most cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
- NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Science
- 2 years in Fuels Outbound Planning
- Knowledge of Transport/Operations/Fuels Distribution.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
- SAP and SAP CRM Skills
Weighbridge Clerk
Purpose of the Job
- Operate the weighbridge to weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles accurately.
- Ensure all weight measurements are recorded promptly and accurately in the system.
- Validate the calibration of the weighbridge regularly.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of all weighed materials.
- Issue weighbridge tickets and ensure they are correctly completed.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Previous experience in a weighbridge, logistics, or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Sourcing Assistant
Purpose of the Job
Assist the Sourcing Manager and team to achieve lowest total cost ownership (TCO), while improving service and quality for the purchased commodities within the Lubricants Division.
Qualifications
- NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Revelant Field)
- Relevant experience/exposure in raw material procurement
- Experience in Supplier/Contractor Management experience including Tender Adjudication
- Above average computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
- Basic knowledge of imports/export processes
- Must Have potential Short Term to fill in for Import/Export Coordinator when needed
Despatch Clerk
Purpose of the Job
To account for and control Bulk stock movements in and out of Isando DC to ensure efficient processing of shipping documents for bulk loadings/enabling organisation to meet its targets.
Qualifications
- NQF Level 4 (Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent)
- 2 years’ experience in Dispatch and Document Control
- Experience in SAP Transactions Processing
Engineering Technician
Purpose of the Job
To undertake engineering projects and maintenance so as to ensure that the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the company’s physical assets and facilities are at all times constructed and maintained according to regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Mechanical Engineering equivalent work experience and your BTech: Mechanical Engineering
• Deep knowledge of fault finding
• SLA attention and promptness in addressing issues with urgency
• Ability to interface with many people and work independently
• Demonstrated ability to cut through masses of data to determine facts
• Experience in cost-risk assessments in practical project decision making
