Branch Teller
Mukuru is on the lookout for a Chinese/Mandarin speaking Territory Sales Agent and Branch Teller to join our team in Johannesburg.
The main purpose of this role is to provide remittance disbursement services in a professional and efficient manner and provide oversight on retail sales and drive sales to individuals, corporates, enterprise sales within the assigned territory.
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 – High school graduate
- Chinese language related certificate
- Understanding and Speaking of Mandarin (essential)
- 2 Years Customer Service Consultant experience within a financial institution
- 2 Years Sales experience within a financial institution
Customer Support Consultant
The main purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and assistance with money transfer orders and related queries, to promote and support customer loyalty to the Mukuru brand.
The Customer Support Consultants reports directly to the Team Leader.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Degree/Diploma (Desirable)
- Mukuru Customer Support training course completed
- Understanding and speaking of English and one of the following languages : Portuguese/Xitsonga/Bemba/Chichewa/Shona/Ndebele/SeSotho/ Mandarin/ Igbo/ Bengali/Urdu/Swahili
Number Change Consultant
The main purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of FICA documentation received from new customers as well as process number change requests.
This position is responsible for checking and verifying information gathered from new customers in order to open accounts.
They are required to check the integrity of the documents provided and identify potential fraudulent documents. The position is also required to update customer contact information (telephone number changes).
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Degree/Diploma (Desirable)
- Mukuru Customer Support training course completed
- 6 months Customer Service Consultant experience (Essential)
- Understanding and speaking of English and one of the following languages: Chichewa, Portuguese, Bemba, Shangani or Ndebele (Essential)
Customer Service Representative
Mukuru has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town.
The main purpose of this position is to provide foreign exchange services in a professional and efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Branch Manager.
The successful candidate is responsible for processing foreign exchange transactions in an accurate and professional way.
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 / or equivalent (Essential)
- Mukuru Forex Consultant training course (advantageous)
- Must remain current and competent by-passing tests and assignments (Essential)
- 1-year Customer Service Consultant experience (Essential)
