Qualifications and Experience
Relevant tertiary Qualification (NQF 6/7) Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies, Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream or Information Management, Data Science or Finance.
National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged. Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage.
Some vocational experience would be an added advantage. A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.
