The South African Police Service (SAPS) hereby invites unemployed graduates who conform to the requirements for a twelve (12) months Graduate Recruitment Scheme.

SAPS Graduate Recruitment Scheme
The Graduate Recruitment Scheme is part of the National Human Resource Development Strategy and the National Skills Development Strategy.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold South African citizenship.
- Possess a National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification, such as NCV L4.
- Have no previous criminal convictions or pending cases.
- Must be currently unemployed and have never been employed in the specific field of the advertised post or participated in a relevant internship program.
- Reside in the province where the post is being advertised.
Applicants are limited to applying for a maximum of three (3) positions and must complete a separate application form for each post reference number.
Internship Opportunities Available
Graduate Intern: Tertiary Qualification is required
Student Intern: Practical experience required by the Tertiary Institution in order for learners to finalise their qualification (letter from the Institution not older than two (2) years’ must be attached).
