Site Rehabilitation Worker
Job Purpose: To assist the Team Leader Rehabilitation and Nursery and Rehabilitation
Supervisor to perform the DTPC site-wide maintenance and rehabilitation activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of Standard 8.
- FETN3/Matric or studying towards such qualification would be an
- advantage.
- No work experience is required, as training will be provided.
- Physically fit to perform duties related to nursery and site maintenance and
- rehabilitation.
Senior Accounts Payable Officer
Job Purpose: To provide an effective accounts payable function to the organisation to ensure that creditors are paid accurately and on time in accordance with PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Accounting or similar (NQF 6)
- A Degree in Accounting or Advanced Diploma will be anadvantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creditors control environment
- 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within the accounts payable function

Job Purpose: To optimise the AiRoad transport operations across the country thereby facilitating effective deployment of cargo and stock in accordance with customer service levels at the lowest cost; and to manage and maintain the AiRoad fleet and transport team thereby ensuring that team productivity and fleet performance are maximized.
Qualifications
- Degree in fleet or logistics or supply chain management or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years in a transport management or similar environment
- Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting

Job Purpose: Provide an integrated, customised HR generalist service to a portfolio of divisions.
Partner with management to align the organisation’s HR strategy with their business objectives, by implementing and delivering on valueadding HR initiatives across all the HR functional areas.
Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees to create a high engagement and performance culture for DTPC.
Qualifications
- Degree or BTech in Human Resources or related field
- 5 – 8 years’ experience as an HR generalist/ seasoned professional, of which at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- HR generalist experience in a unionised environment, would be advantageous.

Environmental Sustainability Specialist
Job Purpose: To develop and maintain DTPC’s Environmental Sustainability road map that addresses organizational sustainability issues, such as waste stream management, green energy, carbon management, green building practices, and green procurement.
Qualifications
- 4-year Degree or equivalent in natural sciences, energy management, environmental engineering or chemical engineering.
- A post–graduate qualification in sustainability / management will be an advantage.
- Industry specific certifications (carbon footprint, energy)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in integrated environmental management environment in both private and public sectors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ Specialist management experience in a technical role with experience in Energy and Water.
- South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
- Code EB driver’s license and ability to travel to and work on sites.
- Computer Literacy (Ms office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act.
Contracts Manager Legal
Job Purpose: To manage and ensure all contracts and procurement processes are legally sound and protects DTPC’s interest.
Qualifications:
- LLB or Higher Diploma in Commercial Law or equivalent
- 5 to 9 years’ experience in Contract or Commercial Law
- Knowledge and understanding of the Public Financial Management Act and Treasury Regulations
- Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of corporate governance principals
Contracts Compliance Officer
Job Purpose: To ensure compliance and effective financial control by monitoring, evaluating and reporting on compliance with DTPC’s contracts.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Auditing
- Completed Articles (Internal or External Auditing)
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in internal /external auditing
- Advance MS office skills (word, excel, power-point)
- Communicate effectively verbal and written at all levels within the Organisation.
- Experience within a procurement environment would be an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management would be an advantage.
- Openness to ideas, Analysis and problem solving, Judgement and decision making, Information seeking, Stress tolerance
