Finance Graduate

Main purpose of the role
 The Finance Graduate will be responsible for various support activities in the Finance Shared Service Centre.
  • The ideal graduate will have/be:
  • Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting
  • An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving-skills.
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.

Productivity Purchasing Graduate

Main purpose of the role

The Purchasing Graduate is responsible for improving the supplier performance in production (quality, cost, delivery) for the plant, in line with purchasing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Education: National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or a Business-related qualification.

Knowledge and experience: 

  • Limited experience required
  • Knowledge of productivity / lean management methodology
  • Knowledge of production, quality and logistics
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of products and technology
  • Languages: Ability to speak, write and read the English language;

Master Scheduler Graduate

Main purpose of the role
The role of the Graduate Master Scheduler within a plant is to aid the Master Scheduler and PC&L Manager with data gathering, data manipulation and reporting.

Minimum education level:  

  • National diploma in logistics or related qualification

Experience :

  • Experience in SAP and Excel

Skills and competencies:

  • Literate in MS Excel and SAP

Industrial Trainee/ Graduate

Main purpose of the role
The IPL Graduate is a member of the Program Core Team, and responsible for the Launch of the Program in his/ her plant.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification, ideally in mechanical or industrial engeering
  • Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools
  • A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way
  • Dynamic and proactive behaviour
  • 70% Overall achievement on full academic results

  • First experience in production environment
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent skills in MS office, SAP R3 and AUTOCAD
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • International mindset
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

PC&L Improvement Coordinator Graduate

The Improvement Co-Ordinator graduate is responsible for driving the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC & L) tools and methodologies within a plant.

Qualification/s

    The minimum qualification/s required for this position is/are:

    • Diploma, degree or Masters in Industrial Engineering or Supply chain

     Knowledge & Experience

    • Experience in operations, especially in production or supply chain in the Automotive industry are advantageous
    • Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas
    • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

    Health, Safety and Environment Graduate

    Main purpose of the role
     The HSE Graduate is responsible for guiding management regarding HSE processes and requirements to ensure legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group’s HSE policy and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science Honours in Environmental Management.
    • Knowledge and experience in auomotive environment.
    • Knowledge of HSE tools and methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
    • Knowledge of legal requirements.
    • Competency in MS Office;(Excel & Word)
    • South African citizen

    Faurecia Excellence System Graduate

    Main purpose of the role
    The FES Graduate is responsible for coaching, training, implementing and maintaining the Faurecia Excellence System tools deployment.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
    • Computer literate including MS office
    • Good  communication and interpersonal skills
    • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
    • South African Citizen
