Human Capital Management Officer x2
The Organisation requires the services of the Human Capital Management Officer in the Human Capital Division in the Cape Region.
The successful candidates will be based at Bontebok & Agulhas respectively & will be expected to travel to other Parks within the Cape Region.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Human Capital Management & Park Manager where they will be based.
Requirements
- A National Diploma in Human Resources Management (NQF 6) or an equivalent related, Degree in HR or Social Science would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment as a Clerk or Officer.
- Proficiency in English and another local language
- Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Good communication, interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver’s licence is essential
- Be willing to travel within the Region, must be able to work with minimal supervision, with strong attention to detail.

Control Room Operator
A challenging vacancy currently exists for one (1) Fusion Centre/Control Room Operator Position at Addo Elephant National Park. This is a fixed-term contract ending March 2027.
Requirements
- Attach certified copies of all qualifications and identity documents.
- A grade 12 certificate/NQF level 4.
- 2 Years’ experience as conservation law enforcement official/para-military operations
- Qualification in conservation studies will be an added advantage.
- Field ranger training/conservation training/para-military training certificate will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy certificate. An advanced computer skills certificate will be an added advantage.

Financial Control Officer
The Organisation requires the services of a Financial Control Officer in the Finance department. This position will be based at the Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.
Requirements
- Be in possession of a Diploma in Finance.
- Should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Administration and General Ledger Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Financial Systems – Great Plains
- An understanding of SANParks policies and Procedures.
- Knowledge of Relevant Legislation.

Ranger Sergeant
A challenging vacancy currently exists for one (1) Ranger Sergeant position at Addo Elephant National Park in the Zuurberg section. This is a 20-month fixed-term contract.
Requirements
- A grade 12 certificate/ Certificate (NQF level 6) in Conservation or Natural Resource Management or equivalent
- Field Ranger Basic or Advanced Training
- A firearm competency certificate
- EMI Grade 5 minimum requirement
- A National Diploma in Conservation management or related fields will serve as an added advantage

General Manager: Customer Loyalty
The Organisation requires the services of a General Manager: CRM and Customer Loyalty in the Tourism and Marketing Division. This position will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.
Requirements
- Be in possession of a Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Informatics, or related qualification
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of management experience in strategic development/management of loyalty, rewards, behavioural programmes, or in any other related areas.
- Relevant experience in a senior management role is advantageous.

Manager: Executive Support x5
The Organisation requires the services of five (5) Managers: Executive Support in the following divisions and departments: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Tourism and Marketing, and Communications.
These positions will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.
Requirements
- Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma which covers the fields of business administration and/or, financial management (A Master’s Degree will be an advantage).
- Have 5 years of experience in business performance management.
- A proven track record of working in a conservation and/or Tourism environment will be an advantage.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in budget management and budget reporting
