Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job

  • Attend to breakdowns on site
  • Assist with the maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair system and machine problems

Required Skills and Capabilities

  • Electrical/Mechanical background (Experience within industrial / mining background)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Good product knowledge
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code

Social Media Coordinator

Mission    

To effectively support the administration and coordination of the Employer Branding and Social media function.

Knowledge and experience

  • Graduate qualification required in Communications, Marketing or similar relevant field.
  • Fluency in English is a key requirement
  • Competent Copywriter with strong writing and editing skills 
  • Social media savvy and familiar with common social media publishing tools 
  • Creative design using editorial tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Payroll & HR Administrator

Mission    

To contribute to and execute the Payroll & HR Admin service offering, in close collaboration with Payroll & HR Admin Specialists.

Competences, skills and experience    

  • Tertiary qualification required in relevant area.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement, mastery one or more other key regional languages such as French and / or Portuguese is highly desirable
  • Experience of payroll and HR administration process and an understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience of cloud based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, PSiber, SAGE or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and Excel and ticketing system like ServiceNow
  • Experience of digitalization and automation of HR processes

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms. Word, PowerPoint Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Highly energetic and self-starter and self-motivator or competent.
