Manager: Risk and Corporate Governance
The ETDP SETA is looking to employ a suitably qualified, competent, and experienced Risk and Corporate Governance Manager in the CEO’s office. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be based at the ETDP SETA Head Office in Johannesburg.
Job Purpose: The Risk and Corporate Governance Manager will develop and implement an entity-wide risk management strategy and monitor and perform risk identification and mitigation tests.
The successful candidate is primarily responsible for reducing risks that can negatively impact operations and performance within the entity.
Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for promoting a culture of good corporate governance and compliance within the ETDP SETA.

Head: Human Resources
The ETDP SETA seeks to appoint a suitable, qualified Head of Department: HR to execute the Human Resources strategy and effectively manage HR operations by partnering with business units to achieve the ETDP SETA objective.
Head of Department: Human Resources [Ref. 1930/07]
Salary: R992 836 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Job Purpose: The Head of Department: HR will manage and administer the Human Resources Unit. The successful incumbent will be primarily responsible for developing policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and recognition programmes, implementing workplace safety initiatives, and reassessing the organization’s HR strategy to ensure that the organization reaches its strategic business objectives continuously.
Reporting to the Manager: Corporate Services, the incumbent will provide operational support in the following areas: HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Remuneration Management and Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will be based at the ETDP SETA Head Office in Johannesburg.
Performance Monitoring Practitioner
The ETDP SETA is looking to employ a suitably qualified Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioner to monitor and evaluate all entity-wide programmes to ensure alignment with best practices, legislative requirements and the ETDP SETA’s mandate.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting Practitioner (Re-advertisement) [Ref. 1930/08]
Salary: R663 028 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Job Purpose: To provide monitoring and reporting for technical and administrative support to all the ETDP SETA business units, including provinces, in implementing its Organisational Strategic Plan and the Annual Performance Plan.
Furthermore, the successful incumbent will report on the ETDP SETA’s programme performance and implement M&E strategies, systems and tools to ensure the accurate and timely availability of performance information.
The successful incumbent will report to the Manager in the Office of the COO and will be expected to develop strong working relationships on performance monitoring and reporting related matters with the ETDP SETA Head Office units and provincial offices.
Provincial Skills Advisor
The ETDP SETA is looking to employ a suitably qualified person with project management experience as a Provincial Skills Advisor in the Mpumalanga Provincial Office.
Provincial Skills Advisor: Mpumalanga [Ref. 1930/09]
Salary: R663 028 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Job Purpose: The Provincial Skills Advisor is tasked with coordinating and facilitating skills development programmes and projects in the province of their appointment.
The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all assigned provincial skills development initiatives, such as learnerships, skills programmes, internships, bursaries, workplace-based learning agreements, support for small/micro levy-paying organisations, and communication of scarce and critical skills in the province.
Travel Administrator
The ETDP SETA is looking for a suitably qualified, dynamic, and experienced Travel Administrator to serve as the ETDP SETA travel agent and help staff and governance officials with travel arrangements.
Travel Administrator [Ref. 1930/10]
Salary: R430 335 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
Job Purpose: The Travel Administrator is responsible for arranging, managing and coordinating all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of employees, governance structures and ETDP SETA clients within the organization.
Moreover, the Travel Administrator may be requested to assist with administering the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Management functions and duties.
The successful applicant will be based in the ETDP SETA Head Office in Johannesburg and report to the Supply Chain Management Manager.
