Job Title: Surface Mount Device (SMD) Technician Intern

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- NQF Level 6 in Electronic Engineering: Telecommunications/Computer systems
- Computer literacy
Duties and Responsibilities
The internship will cover but not limited to the following areas:
- Generation of maintenance plan for SMD Equipment
- Conduct maintenance as per GMES plan
- Management and completion of check sheets
- Machine calibration
- Feeder Calibration
- Metal mask Control
- Ability to read electrical Drawings
- Attend to breakdowns and apply permanent countermeasure
- Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic Systems
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Ability to plan and handle communication with all levels of staff
- Ability to pay attention to detail and keep accuracy levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Planning and organizing skills.
