About Just Milk
Just Milk is a dairy management company based in Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The Just Milk Group manages 12 dairies (11 rotary dairies and 1 swingover) on 9 farms across the Eastern Cape with total Cows in Herd of approximately 12,000.

Job Purpose
A full year of learning and practice in a rotational manner through all aspects of a dairy farm.
Educational Requirements
- 2nd year diploma in Agriculture OR
- Completed Diploma in Agriculture OR relevant

Key Performance Areas
- Rotational learning through Animal Husbandry, Mating, Calving, and Calf Rearing seasons, Pasture as well as other areas of a dairy farm.
- Orientation – meet the people, learn the farm.
- General – provide assistance and support to mentor. Ensure dairy tidiness and hygiene.
- Computers – learn computer programmes, basic data capturing and implementing SOP’s.
Remuneration and Terms
- Remuneration if minimum wage R5380 per month.
- Accomodation is provided.
